FRAMES AND WELDS (Lifetime)
- All structural frames are made of 2" x 2", x
3", x 4" (8) & (11) gauge steel tubing.

& bacterial resistant. High-density 3" foam padding for comfort
and durability.
MACHINES
SPECIFICATION
- FRAMES:
Constructed of High Stress 3/16"
ASTM A-500 Grade B Structural carbon steel tubing (7-Gauge). 2" x
4" tubing is used on all Pin Selectorize Machine bases, 2" x
3" tubing is used on all rack uprights, 2" x 2" x 1/8"
ASTM A-500 Grade B Structural carbon steel tubing (11-Gauge) is used on
cross members and benches. All welds are ground down and stress tested and
all tubing ends have solid steel caps welded to them.
- CABLES:
All cables are 1/4" thick, 4800 lb.
Test military specification, galvanized aircraft cable, finished with the
toughest nylon coating available, easily replaceable.

- WEIGHT STACKS:
Weight -plates are solid steel machined
to within one oz. of there weight. All plates are self-lubricated with
graphite bushings and two 3" diameter plate spaces to keep the steel
plates from touching and clanging together. Guide rods are 1" solid
steel harden chrome plated rods, A machined 1 1/8" chrome plated
selector shaft rod is used for exact plate alignment and lifting. All
selector keys are fastened with a retractable tether cord.

- BEARINGS:
All pivot points use double sealed Pillow
Block Bearings with steel housing. A Solid 1" steel axes shaft is used
for maximum strength. All pivot points are designed to line up exactly to
the bodies joints for proper biomechanics. Bearings are double sealed to
prevent dust and moisture.

- PULLEY WHEELS:
5" and 6" reinforced solid web
fiberglass body with a 1/2" cable grove. Oil dipped double sealed racer
ball bearings with a 1/2" axes shaft hole. Sealed for moisture and dust
proof.

- CAMS:
Computer designed and precision flame-cut
to exact shape allows proper variable resistance throughout the exercises
complete range of motion. All Cams are 1/4" thick solid steel so they
keep there shape for a life time and don't wear or hollow out as plastic
cams do.

- RANGE OF MOTION:
Are on most machines, they allow exact
alignment for starting positions for any size athlete, which is a necessity
for proper biomechanics and rehabilitation work. 1/4" thick solid steel
plate with a heavy duty spring loaded pop pin for quick easy adjustments.

- UPHOLSTERY:
Heavy-duty 40oz. commercial grade marine
naugahyde upholstery which is 85% mildew resistant. Foam padding is a high
density close cell foam for comfort and durability. Reinforced by 3/4"
thick plywood backing for strong stable support. Pads mounted with 1/4"
self tithing Tee nuts.

- ALIGNMENT / ADJUSTMENTS:
Heavy duty spring loaded pop pins are
located for quick easy adjustment for proper alignment for all users
heights. Proper gauge square tubing is use for a nice snug fit. Tubing
telescopes for straight stability.

- FINISH:
Units go through a three stage, state of
the art wash system that paralyzes the material. Then they go into a dryer
to dry and preheat material for applying the magnetic paint powder which
then goes into an oven which is 750% hot. the units take 20 to 30 minutes to
bake urethane paint coating which meets all military specifications and is
the toughest paint finish available. Option of school colors.
