Warranty:
All products are inspected for defects before shipping.
3DSX Inc.honors all
manufacturers warranties. For paintball markers and skateboard decks be
sure to fill out your warranty cards and submit to the company
immediately upon retrieval. All products under manufacturers warranty
only. Any damage that occurs during shipping will be the responsibility of the
shipping service (USPS, FedEX, UPS). Please email for assistance for any shipping errors or damage
that occurs.
Returns:
3DSX Inc. takes pride in the quality products we
provide for our customers. If there are any problems or defects with any
products you purchase from 3DSX notify us immediately. 3DSX
will not carry a line of products that does not follow quality standards
in their production process. 3DSX
takes quality issues and customer complaints seriously. Rest assured our
team will take immediate action on
any product complaints to make sure any purchased product is fully
restored or replaced. Products that are shipped back due to defect, or
wrong product please allow 10 to 14 days for product replacement or refund.
Orders:
You must be 18 years of age to purchase paintball
markers, or Airsoft guns. Please be sure the products you purchase are in stock.
3DSX is known for our fast email
response time. Contact is guaranteed by the same day or next business
day. Any products purchased will be considered in store credit if the
item you purchased is not in stock. If the product you wished to
purchase is not in stock you may receive a refund at your discretion. PayPal charges a transaction fee and
this fee will be non-refundable to you if you do not respond within 30
days of your purchase.
In Store Credit:
In store credit constitutes any product returns
made within 30 days of your purchase, without damage or missing parts, to be
exchanged with any merchandise of equal value from 3DSX Inc.
Shipping totals may be adjusted or refunded based on products selected.
Products selected must equal value of previously purchased merchandise or
within 5% of purchase price.
Any purchased item not in stock will be responded to by either phone
or email from 3DSX Inc. Any product purchased with an "in
stock" tab and the product is not in stock, you will receive a full
refund if you choose not to purchase any other item. In store credit is good for
only 30 days from the date of any purchased item not in stock. Purchased
items that are not defective may not be returned for a monetary refund
unless the fault resides in mistakenly shipped products. You
may return any product within 30 days for a full refund of in store
credit. 3DSX will
continue to notify you of any credit funds within 30 days of your order.
Please be
diligent in deciding what products you would like to purchase with your
in-store credit.
Xtreme Layaway:
You must be 18 years of age to purchase paintball
markers or Airsoft Guns. 3DSX Inc. will not be responsible for
deception or fraud purchasing from minors. 3DSX will take action against
minors who use fraud to purchase items. You'll have up to six months from the date of any order to
complete your purchase for any items put in layaway. Products will require a 10%
deposit to be placed in layaway and to make your account active. A $10.00 fee will be added to any order
for using Xtreme Layaway. There are no minimum payments for layaway and
no monthly costs, fees, or penalties. Payment forms for Xtreme Layaway
are: Personal Check, Credit Card, PayPal, Money Order, and/or Certified
Check. Payments can be made at the purchasers discretion.
3DSX Inc. is not responsible for
transaction costs PayPal will charge for the sending of monetary funds
towards the purchase of products in Xtreme Layaway. Upon cancellation of
Xtreme Layaway, layaway funds held for purchase will be refunded within 14
days of cancellation confirmation. PayPal fees and initial
$10.00 charge for layaway service will not be refunded for any reason.
Funds held in layaway beyond six month due date of purchased items will
receive a 45 day holdover for products to be purchased and disbursed.
Funds held beyond 45 day holdover will be forfeited by purchaser.
Purchaser reserves the right to opt out or cancel Xtreme Layaway at any
time through e-mail or phone confirmation.
